New nano (14) with 10 lbs. dry rock, had algae and high nutrients for most of the first few month. Now a days PO4 doesn’t show and nitrate is always >5

I’ve been adding 1/2 ml Seachem Flourish daily which roughly translates to 0.05ppm PO4

I picked up some monopotassium phosphate but have read sodium phosphate is better to avoid increasing potassium.

Should I keep using seachem flourish, switch to monopotassium phosphate, or buy sodium phosphate (I believe there are 3 types so which is best)?
I’ve also searched for a few hours for calculators but the one commonly referenced is .uk and not working

currently have Dino’s and they seem to be receding with the addition of PO4.

I’m curious, if dry rock is absorbing as some suggested 50ppm PO4 per 1 lbs...

Is flooding dry rock tanks with PO4 going to become a normal thing? I’d rather not dose 0.05 for the next few months and instead dose 1ppm PO4 and get it over with lol.

I'm thinking the easiest solution might be adding more fish, only have 1 blue damsal and 1 yellow watchman goby atm. the damsal doesnt play nice with other blue damsal's or clowns though
