It is so many brands out there, it can get confusing trying to pick one. It's not about the best-selling, which one really works and have the best results.
 
I think there are a lot of brands because it is a simple mixture. You can even make your own. Not sure any is better than another, so least expensive may be best. Some may be easier to dose multiple parts for non chemists, but I will let others with more experience comment on that.

To dose what? Calcium and alkalinity? Magnesium? Potassium? Silicate? Trace elements?

I'll guess you mean calcium and alkalinity, and I discuss and compare the various basic methods (not brands) here. You need to elect a method type before comparing brands. Most popular at the moment are various types of 2/3 part systems with calcium in one and alk in a second solution:
