dosing pump air in lines

just wondering im using jebao dosing pump , i keep getting air pockets in the line on the outside , does this mean that its a low quality pump and thats what i get or all pumps seam to do this

i tryed the harder airline tubing and the soft silicone type

My tubing just seemed to need to age and they eventually stopped doing it. Happens again when I change the tubing. Weird.

ok ill wait it out , just put new tubing on 3 days ago

What mcarroll said must be right because I was getting air in mine for Abit and all of a sudden it just stopped

Air is being pulled into the line. It can be at the fittings at the pump or in the container you are pulling fluid out of. Make sure all connections are good and solid. I use dosing pumps at home 3 ghl and a stenner and also at work at a large food manufacture.

connections are solid , tight at pump , theres 1 strait line of hose from bottom of container to pump , small breather hole on the top of container , no bubbles in the container , i also ran at least 100mil through to get bubbles out flicking all around the head as it was going
