Dosing Pump Calibration

Hi everyone I want to know what happens with the water in the dosing pump lines after calibration. I calibrated all pumps but now how long am I going to wait for all the water to leave the tubes and bring in the fluid I want to dose? Do I just have to let it “dose” the water out? Thanks for any help.

You can manually run the dosing pumps to push it all out. I usually just calibrate with the actual 2-Part solution so I don't have to worry about it.

10 feet of 1/8" dosing tube will hold a whopping 20 cc's of fluid.

I calibrated with water and regretted it. +1 on calibrating with the solution you'll use the dosed for.
