Dosing Pump Failures

Have any of you experiences dosing pumps failing on?

How about failing off?

What was the make/model and how long had you had it for? particularly interested in the neptune dos, has anyone exceeded the manufacturers projected life and had it shut down?

I have three BRS dosing pumps that are over 5 years old, controlled by Apex. They've never given me any problems.

I can't say it failed, but I have a Bubble Magus BM - T01 that the middle pump was dosing too much (calcium) replaced pump head - good as new.
