Dosing pump not pushing water through kalk stirrer

I hooked up my icecap kalk stirrer to my Neptune DOS and have been trying to run test runs on it and it doesn’t seem to want to push water through it. I tried moving the stirrer up and down and making sure the output is down without any belly’s in the line. I don’t know how to control the pressure on the DOS. I was only using the prime option so I don’t know if it will be any stronger when it’s the real thing.

The pressure on the dos doesn't change. Only the pumps speed. Are you sure the tubing in the kalk stirrer aren't plugged.
