Hey i just bought a jaboe four stage dosing pump to dose my alk, calc, mag, and acro power. my question is how do i get the fluids to drain down the out port hossing. i am using a 2 foot air line hosing to run it where it needs to go in my tank. But whenever the pump turns on the correct amount of fluid it pumped out into the hose but it just sits there in a vacuum. has any one had this issue before and if so how did you fix it?
Here are some pictures that you can kinda see whats going on. if you guys have any input it would be much appreciated.
Thanks Bill.

Is it all the pump heads or just one? I'm in the process of checking the calibration on mine i received this week.

Its all the pump heads. i was thinking about putting a little hole in the top of each out let to cut the vacuum. what do you think?

Imo, I'd try cutting the air line hoses (clear). Sometimes if they were used prior they can not seal good. Cut like 1/4 inch off and reattach if they were used prior, if not disregard that idea. Other than that, you might have to get some siphon valves for the line. I have 1 head right now doing the same thing so I'll start trial and error too. I have valves already so that might be a option I try. I'm gonna 1st try to reprime my line though

These are peristaltic pumps.....they don't drain. What you need to do is prime the pumps and lines by running the pumps with the respective exit tubing back in the jug of whatever. Run the pumps until everything is filled with fluid with no air in the tubing. Then you're good to go.

I have the same doseing pump. liquid stays in the tube so is the same every time (no air)
scince the pumps have no bleed hole the liquid stays in it. tubes not big enough to drip.
same as a straw if you put your finger on the top and pull it out of the water..

I have the same pump, with the same problem.

I have tried running the pumps until there is no air, but by the next day, there is air in the lines again. I've tried cutting them as well. I added a "drip loop" so the hoses go down, then back up and into the sump, but to no avail.

Double check y'alls lines. Mine had pin holes. After cutting off the parts with pin holes, no issues
