Dosing pump ... was I dreaming?

So I swear a while back I saw a dosing pump that actually tests the water, and then doses accordingly. It was $1400 but on sale recently for like $650 somewhere where (in my dreams possibly) I saw it ...

But I am looking for rock solid stability and that dosing pump was an investment I am willing to make ... seeing as I am moving into a 300 gallon rimless here shortly (the build thread is soon to follow!)

The KH Guardian is interesting. Wondering if it can be used in conjunction with the Doser 2.1 for use with the Triton method? Meaning, if the Guardian decides it needs to dose x amount of alk, could it tell the Doser to also dose x amount of the other 3?

Don't think it works that way, but I could be mistaken. From my understanding, it only corrects ALK.

I do know that the Alkatronic will work in conjunction with the Dosetronic that will be release soon. The Alkatronic already has a BNC ready to work with the Dosetronic so I will be definitely getting one of those.

I don’t believe that the KH Guardian will work at all with a doser 2.1 you will need a KH Director instead.

The KH Director works exactly as you thought @Tphill
It measure the alk and then compensated any of the dosing channels you choose. I use triton and the KH Director. I am very happy with it.

Ahhh thats it .. the KH guardian. For some reason I thought it also measured Calcium and others as well. But this still looks sweet. Although look slike a massive upgrade, and right now I am able to successfully keep my alk in check with a simple bubble magus dosing pump. But this thing does look sweet
