How far can the supply lines from my dosing pump run. I have to mount my Bubble magus dp3 dosing pump on the outside of my stand so the supply lines are going to be about 3 feet long unless I drill holes in the stand.

Both my jebao and apex pumps are about 3 feet with no issues. Just when you calibrate, make sure you calibrate with full length of the lines.

How do you deal with the droop in the lines? Do the supply lines drain or hold fluid until the next time?

Peristaltic pumps don't suffer from siphon issues, so don't worry. My brs peristaltic pump lines are about 5 feet and go all over the place, no issues.

Thanks to all. I tried to put this on line and am getting bubbles. I am going to replace the tubing from the container to the pump. Hopefully that will fix the problem.

Where are the bubbles coming from? I had issues with my DIY dosing containers, had to redo it a few times before I got a constant pull. Also check the fittings, make sure they're tight. The air usually comes from the negative pressure (pull) side, as it's easier to pull air than fluid, so check any of those connections.

I've thought about buying the premade dosing containers; but I just can't justify 20-30$ a container when I have a free BRS 1 gallon jug + 2 dollars in fittings!

Looks like I will have to get the small bulkhead fittings from BRS to stop the bubbles.

New question: I put this online and programed it to dose 8 ml per day one cycle start at 0800. Then I set the clock. For some reason it is dosing at 1600 and at 1800. It Amy be the program that was used prior to me getting it. Is there any way to do a factory reset?
