Hi everyone,

I dose calcium, all, and magnesium daily. And I'm tempted to buy a dosing pump. I was looking at the bubble Magnus BM-T01 and the Jaebo DP-4. I'm looking for something in the $200-300 range. Both of these pumps have mixed reviews. Anyone have experience with either? What do you think about them?

Thank you!!

I was looking at the magnus system this morning but ended up buying 3 of the BRS dosers that'll run off my apex.

I was looking at those too the 1 ml ones that I can just run off a timer

I have a DP4. works flawlessly for me so far, been running it for around 6 months. Calibrated it once and its still on point. Never had any issues except a piece of airline tubing swap because it had a hole in it and was causing it to lose prime.

Idk a third of the cost makes it hard to choose anything but Jebao plus the reviews said once it is calibrated it is very accurate.

I'm just afraid that something will happen and the pump will get stuck in the "open" position and just dump my tank with chemicals

I have both pumps and both do the job. The BM is light years easier to program but the pumps are a tad loud. The dp4 is quieter but programming is a little more tedious and needs to be calibrated.
