Dosing pumps

Hi I was wondering what Dosing pumps are good, and each one to stay away from. I was looking at the Aqua Medic reeferdoser EVO 4 because of price and the controller. I'm also looking at the one for the apex. I'm open to any advise I can get.

If you want to save some money, the Jebao DP-4 works great for me and allot of other reefers here.

BRS offers a couple of simple, reliable dosing pumps with fixed displacement. No controller but the Apex can do the control.

The aqua medic unit is a basic China doser with a remote display similar to the Jebao unit. I using dosing for trace element , feeding , ATO and Balling method I use GHL units because they are well built easy to use with a phone. App and you can add more units as you grow in the hobby. They have stepper motors instead of straight dc motors so they can dose every small amounts of fluid.

Sounds like it's the best way to go in the long run. Which one are you using?

I have GHL series 1 slave 4 head and 1 Doser 2 4 head and one doser 2 slave 3 head unit I have a KH director and another 2 head Doser 2.1 slave unit coming in December with the KH director is released.

I have a Pacific Sun Kore 5th doser with ATO. Its pretty nice. All controlled from laptop and handles 5 fluids. Can program it to dose amounts, at times, and days. I like to dose ALK and calcium 4 times a day, for example, and other stuff 2 times per week.

I have had the unit for several months and am very happy with it.
