Dosing recommendations??

I'm in the UK unfortunately. I do have frogspawn but I don't know why it's sulking at the mo though. It's all retracted and not happy.

It's always a mystery isn't it [emoji23]. Could you tell me if this guy looks happy at his current spot? All his polyps are out and he gets pretty good lighting and flow.

Another update FWIW:

As of today at 230 PM, before getting the daily dosage, my parameters were as follows:

Nitrates: undetectable

Dkh: 6.1

Calcium: 405

Magnesium: 1310

Everything has been steadily but slowly rising and the tank still seems to he doing just fine, once I get it up to levels I need I will figure out how much everything is used up to make a dosage out of it. Here were my parameters September 26th:

Nitrates: undetectable

Dkh: 5.6

Calcium: 390

Magnesium: 1260

This was when I was not dosing but starting it the next day. I think that by October 3rd, which would be a week since first dosage, I will have my parameters close to what I want or at least close to my fresh saltwater. Then I will go from there!
