So I'm confused on how to dose I poured a drop of the B foundation into the tank and seen it instantly harden and cloud figured that's not right so I stopped right away. The directions say 1ml for for 25 gallons is .1dkh I have a 64 gallon in total with sump. So I want to gain 1dkh because I am at 7 dkh after testing today so 20 ml would add 1dkh bringing me up to 8dkh I'm assuming this may be basic math and I'm overthinking it however I'm sure I shouldn't add it directly to the tank it just didn't look right. The directions say a maximum daily increase of 1.4dkh should not be exceeded which in my understanding of how I think I'm doing this wouldn't be a problem on what I'm dosing. Someone HELP PLEASE!!! Lol

The clouding is normal, just try to add it to the highest flow area you can. Personally I would stretch it out over two days. I don't like raising alk fast, it's never worked out well for me. One thing you need to know if you don't already is to space out the addition of part A and B. Never add them at the same time. Add one and give it at least 5-10 minutes to get completely mixed in your tank before adding the other. They can bind together and precipitate out of the water. Add a few drops of each into a cup if you want to see why.
