Dosing Schedule Confusion

Im not sure I can convey this without it being confusing lol

If a product calls for "twice a week" what would you do?

I know its not a major topic but its frying my brain. Would anyone dose every 3 days? That would result in twice within 7 days rolling.

Another option would be to dose on a Monday and Thursday for example but that wouldnt be a uniform schedule.

I'll accept my award for most useless questions later. Cheers! Haha

Depending on what it is, I might dose every 3 or 4 days.

It won;'t matter which two days to select, just spread it out. You could dose the same total amount divided into 7 days as well.
