Besides calcium, alkalinity & magnesium, do BTA keepers dose additional elements such as iodine or strontium?

BTA's like a little phosphate so don't strip the water too much...:cool:
I haven't noticed much difference from trace elements though...
 
As stated above, if you get to undetectable levels of Nitrates or Phosphates that's usually a bad thing. BTA can survive and strive in low nutrient tanks, but the majority seem to strive in slightly "dirty" water.
