Dosing two part into DT?

I have been dosing my two part into by sump where the drain dumps but have since reconfigured my sump and have some marine pure down there in that chamber so I have started dosing into the display. I have some questions:

Is it bad to do it in the DT? The cloudy water from dosing Alk that quickly dissipates freaks me out.

Would I be ok to keep dosing into my sump and have the calcium and alk land on the marine pure block (not directly on it but in the same chamber as the water slowly flows over to the return chamber) or should I do it in the display?

I am doing 80-100ml of Cal and Alk in the evening before bed which has been my routine for a long time.

Yes, that's fine to add it to where the Marine Pure is, you could add it directly to the block and not hurt it.
