Hi All

I was wondering if anyone doses Vitamin C in their reef tanks and if has anyone see their corals benefit from it especially SPS? I've seen some people claim it helped their zoas and some of their SPS color up. I Was thinking about using Brightwell's vitamin C if anyone has any experiences using this?

Thanks

I dose this product once a week, usually after fragging. I notice that my acros polyp extension increase and everything in my tank seems to be more "excited". I would start out with half the dosage and slowly increase from there.

@Paul B any thoughts?

Actually, many years ago I did that. I didn't notice any great improvements or anything at all by doing it.
I find dosing Vitamin A directly to food (only dry food like pellets or freeze dried) is a much better alternative but only for fish. It won't work for coral because it is oil and it floats.

I also don't think Vitamin C will hurt anything. I take it myself and except my hair fell out, nothing else happened. ;Wideyed
