i have a 75 gallon tank .... With a 30 gallon sump ..... So id say roughly the wat volume is 80 gallons .... My Alk is 7 = 125.3 .... And my CA is 480 .... Would any one help me please figure out if i need to dose or something that would b a reasonable estimate

First get your parameters where you want them, this depends a little on the type of coral you are trying to keep as well. You need to take readings everyday for a couple of days and chart your numbers. See if they go down and how fast. ESV should have a table to help you determine how much you need to add in order to keep you levels constant. If you don't have many corals, you might be fine with weekly water changes to keep your numbers constant. I don't dose BIonic, but this method works across the board

There's no way to determine a regular dosing schedule from a single set of values.

The best way with a two part is to begin dosing a test dose daily and see what that does to the alkalinity (ignore calcium, but dose both parts equally). If the alkalinity is higher than you want, reduce the dose. Too low, then raise it (both parts equally).

To help you figure a starting test dose, what creatures are in the tank?

I have almost the same setup, 75g with 30g sump. Currently dosing 28 ml/ day alk and 38 ml/ day Ca using ESV. My alk runs 8.5 and Ca around 475 with mostly LPS corals. Previously I was running about 40 ml/ day of Alk and that kept me around 9.8-10. Only my personal experience with my setup, but gives you an idea. I tweaked the Alk for a month, dropping about 2ml every couple days to get down to the 8.5 range testing Alk every day.
