So my Dino-x just came in today, can I continue running my Chaeto while dosing with Dino-x?
Anyone else do this?

Dino X can target many species of nuisance algae. I wouldn't leave chaeto in your tank with it.

Personally I have had the best results beating dino's by simply upping my nitrates/phosphates (a lot ) and turning off all lighting for a few days.
I have used dino's x before and while it did work, i also had the lights off while dosing. I did loose a lawnmower blenny while dosing, but that could have been coincidence or maybe the little guy suffered from seasonal depressional...

Ive used it and had just as good success with Peroxide. Dose Liquid bacteria such as bacter 7 during the day and DinoX at night with lights out. Blow the dine loose each day with a turkey baster or by increasing flow and netting it or trapping with floss and then reduce or kill lights for 4-5 days

Thanks for the advice, this is for brown hair algae(early tank stage and I just want to speed this crap up). I want to let the tank cycle, but this crap just keeps on coming. Chemistry is pristine too. Just hate this crap!!!!

Forgot to mention. I seem to notice dino's in my tanks when the water gets "too clean". Since dosing nitrates daily, I haven't seen any sign since. That's a trend going on 6 months now

That’s awesome! I need to dirty my water. I don’t need Dino next...
noticed my Powder blue tank had white spots today... @$%€!!!!!! Haven’t had Ich in over ten years!!!! So mad at this. Wonder what the best solution with treating this now... don’t want to remove her because it will only stress her even more!
$&)$!!!!!!

Could just be stress. I had a fox face that got blotchy when the ol gang of pj’s would beat up on him. How big are the spots would be my first question.
