Dosing with flourish nitrogen

ok, long story short is I need to get my nitrates to around 2.5ppm, currently at 0. have a 20g tank with roughly 15g of water volume. do I follow the instructions the same as for freshwater planted?

Not familiar with the nitrogen product but used the phosphate one for PO4 in my tank. I would add a couple of cc's, retest in a couple of hours and adjust till you get a feel for what it takes.

I’m not a huge fan of it since you cannot measure the urea it adds.

what would you recommend? Ill have to use it for now till I can get something else

Food grade sodium or potassium nitrate. Many online places have it. What you have is likely fine, just hard to keep track of.

I've used flourish in the past but not long term. Reactor grade sodium nitrate is available on Amazon. It's really easy to male up a solution to dose with.
