Ok so a few months ago I purchased a 3 pump doser which was not cheap and I also purchased all the doing chemicals from BRS. I been testing my system before and after water changes and it doesn't need to be dosed based on my perimeters. Can I does a minimum amount to helps
Lps or is that not recommended if the perimeters don't call for it?

As long as your parameters are where you want them there is not need to dose. Sounds as though your salt mix and water changes are keeping up with the demand of the tank.

If you are using a good salt mix, and if alkalinity does not need to be boosted, then you also do not need to add anything else yet because the demand is low.

If you get to the point where the alkalinity declines, then that is time to begin dosing.

What is the alkalinity now?
