Hi i just have purchased the aquaforest dosing line. The formula for dissolving is as fallow .
Aquaforest Calcium - Dissolve 50g in 1000ml of deionized water

Aquaforest Magnesium - Add 10g in 1000ml of demonized watee
CONTAINER 2:

Aquaforest KH Buffer - Dissolve 80g in 1000ml of deionized water

My question is can i use this formula but just double or triple the dosage.
For example use 200g of calcium for 1l
360g of kh buffer for 1l and 40g of mg for 1l.
Just to have more concentrate solution.

Yes and No

For some you could, for others as eg Alk, you can’t because this would exceed the max feasible concentration

Where i can find the max feasible concentration?? As i was just thinking of mixing 100g of each product in 500ml containers. Would this be ok??

For salts raising Alk this is definitely NOT ok.

I post the max possible concentrations tomorrow morning CET.

Info: this is based on the chemical formulations used. For some of the commercial products we do know this formulations, for others we can just assume.
Also it is different if using “mixes of salts” and not singular salts only.

Maximum Saturations (g/L) as i use within AquaCalculator
(based on the different data sheets/MSDS of different suppliers you might find slightly different data)

//Calcium salts
MaxSatCaCl2x2H2O = 986.5;
MaxSatCaCl2_anyhydrous = 740;

//Alkalinity salts
MaxSatNaHCo3 = 95.0; //Soda
MaxSatNa2Co3 = 216.0; //Soda ash / baking soda
//...mixtures possible....

//Magnesium salts
MaxSatMgCl2x6H2O = 1700; //Mg-Chloride
MaxSatMgCl2_anyhydrous = 542;
MaxSatMgSO4x7H2O = 710; //Mg-Sulfate
MaxSatMgSO4_anyhydrous = 300;
//...mixtures possible....

//NaCl free salt mixture
MaxSatNaClFreeSalt = 25;
