so my frogspawn coral has not been doing well for about 2 weeks now tested my alk today its at 6.9 i was not testing as i only have a frogspawn coral and a tiny mushroom but i have a rock full of coralline algae i use red sea coral pro 1.024 salinity ordered red sea reefer A+B+C how much should i be looking to dose?

You are probably referring to the Reef Foundation...

Test Ca, KH and Mg and, after 4 days without adding any supplement, test again.
You should be able to calculate how much your aquarium consumes each day.

After this, just add the supplements as instructed by Red Sea.

Test today at one time, test tomorrroow at the same time, this tells your (roughly) your daily consumption. Dose acording to that. It can take a little bit to fine tune it.

The coralline will be draining it as well as the frogspawn. If you would like to know how or why just pm me!
