My first basement water changing station. Double check me here. Top vertical pipe will connect to the pipe via flex hose going upstair to the DT. I am missing a union between the pump and my vertical feed. Anything else that looks out of place or suggestions before I make my LAST run to big orange and glue it up?

Are you missing a valve on the recirculating elbow going into the left barrel?

Also, do you want a valve above the elbow (top vertical member) to isolate your mixing station completely from the tank?

Looks good to me !!
Look this over below. This is a typical plumbing setup for water change station

gunguy05, let me know if my questions don't make sense. I'd be more than happy to explain why I think valves at those two spots would probably be ideal.

Just to clarify, did you add one between the tank (above) and the vertical run (above the elbow on the left side) or did you mean to suggest you already added the one in the picture you just posted.

Maybe this will help- this is what I was envisioning (putting valves at the star, can reuse the current valve in the middle).

This way water from the DT doesn't drain into the left mixing station while the tank is running. Simply turn the top most valve to isolate the two systems. Close the left star's valve and open the top valve when you want to pump water to the display.
