Just picked up some Brightwell Phosphat-E, from all reports and descriptions this is lanthanum chloride but they don’t say so directly on the bottle.
The instructions state 1 mL removes 1 ppm from 4 gal. By my calcs, this means 1 mL would remove 0.015 ppm from 270g. This seems like a reasonably conservative amount of phosphate to remove in a given dose and is easy to measure and remember. Just wanted someone to confirm because I don’t want to change my levels too fast. I plan to mix with about a gallon of RODI water and drip into mechanical filtration.
