Are any double headed zoa's rare or valuable? Also I don't even know what these things are lol

I'm sure a doubled headed zoa would definitely be worth a bit more than a single polyp. Especially if the type of zoa is rare. However, the ones you posted seem to be pretty common, and probably is nothing too special, at least monetary wise. Still cool though!
 
I have those and they are really green. I have the same ones in another tank with less than par filtration and they look brown like yours. Put them in a darker area with less flow and watch them get really nice. Also I think excess nutrients and Po4 causes them to brown

Nitrates around 6-8 and phospates about 0.5
