I’ve been thinking of downsizing my 90 gallon acrylic reef tank to a smaller size. I still want an acrylic tank, but maybe a square shape around 40 gallons.

Anyone have experiences with a square design…….

I have several reasons for downsizing including freeing up a little space, I've had my 90 gallon running for approximately 8 years. Maybe the biggest reason is just a change, and going bigger is out.
While 90 gallons isn't very big to many here, It's getting harder to reach inside to keep up with maintenance as I grow older.

Lots of builders trying to bring the cube back. A 40g cube would be perfect.

Im getting older too and almost thinking to return to my AIO roots lol.
