Dr Fostesr and Smith

I just called the 800 number for dr fosters and smith...put in a complaint about yesterdays expo....that goodie bag that they were supposed to have for
the first 500 people......HORRIBLE.....ive heard from previous years that the goodie bags were really good....
I got there early yesterday at the Carolina Aquarium Expo specifically looking forward to getting a nice goodie bag....bad bad bad...
all that was in it was a piece of that blue/white filter material and a catalog.......

The expo thought about just throwing all of the bags away because they were so BAD..
..but they handed them out and told us to put in a complaint about the goodie bags...DONE......i did my part

I am a faithful customer of Dr Fosters and Smith and thats just not right............

I don't think this should be a reason for complaint. They didn't have to give anything. They handed the same bags out at MACNA. Free stuff is free stuff, nothing big should have been expected.
