Hello from Florida! I've used this before. The challenge with this is getting your fish to eat it. I have some fish that ignore it, some that eat it and some that will eat it, but spit it out. The fish that have and do eat it have looked great after having visible ich. I can't attribute it totally to the food. But this is my experience. I know one friend that tricks his fish to eat it by feeding it with pellets. Some of the fish go into a frenzy and eat anything that looks like a pellet.

None of my Fish have ICH. I was Reading ReefBuilders.com and they had a post about it. Just wondering if anyone here local has used it.
