Well I ordered fish back in November and we set a specific date for delivery in January. I confirmed the fish would be shipping just before the weekend and took the arrival day off work.
I didn’t receive a shipping notice but because we had spoken I assumed all was well. Arrival day no communications and when I tried calling no one answered after multiple calls. Sent and email. Nothing. Called again Ayer that day and the number isn’t available? Today same thing. Call doesn’t go through at all.
I checked the website and it says they aren’t shipping due to cold weather. But no emails telling us this?
Im excited for my fish and I’ve read good things about DrReef. Wondering if he got covid or something? Hope not. Very strange.
