This is an interesting one.. The typically orange disk with a neon orange center and yellow skirt has turned to something nifty. The neon orange mouth has been replaced by neon yellow, and the orange disk replaced by blue/white with the same yellow skirt. I'll get a pic up later, its at a bad angle to take a picture of, so I'll have to move things around a bit first.
For a better idea in the mean time though here is the colony the morph is on...

Ok, got the pic. I circled it in red.

i would say thats nto a morph its two different zoas that grew together on the same rock. it is very common for that particular zoa to come in with several other types all on the same rock. the combo you have is one we see often. very nice zoas but not a morph

I had thought of that possibility, but would that not mean the two different kinds reproduced sexually instead of just budding? I'll get a pic of the third zoa in a bit. The two on there I know are two different kinds. theres no pic of the new one yet.

I havent seen a solid yellow zoa before at least not one that doesnt have a long stalk, if it is something common does anyone have the proper ID for it? I hate not knowing the names of these things :P

Looks similar to this rock I had. I separated each zoa morph and they were different zoas, not connected to each other. Cool nonetheless.

added a pic with the zoa I was talking about. Its not color corrected because Im dissapointed with the shot, but it gets the job done lol.

Seafan I'm loving those with the green skirt, what is that?

There are two with green skirts. I believe they are Whammin Watermelons and Green Bay Packer zoas.

seafansar: What type of lighting is that?

Only my actinic PC's were on. I don't remember exactly what kind of bulbs they were. I took the picture for an "actinic" photo contest a while back. I usually don't like taking pictures with only the actinics on cause it makes the photo way too blue and hard to focus on stuff.

Ill move it around for a better shot later this week and take a closer look. For all I know it could be from the alpha omegas rather than the dragon eyes. Hopefully it will get bigger too. If not I know its not from the de's.. they get almost as big as my jolly green giant pe's
