Your shrimp will definitely disappear in time and the mexican snails will be picked off periodically. My juvie melanurus helped rip apart one of my Mexican Turbos this morning (to be fair it had fallen upside down and might not have made it anyways), surprisingly my new Yellow Tang found a taste for it's innards as well.
