Right now it's under t5's in a fish only setup I have. Lots of nutrients in this tank so it stays deep red with orange tips.

Mine keeps orange on the very tips, but not as bright as I see in everyone's photos. So it's related to nutrients?

I think the deep red has a lot to do with nutrients and the orange tips is the lighting. That's just from experience.

Its macro algae, not a coral. And if I am not mistaken Caleb lost all of it during his recent tank move.

That is correct, I no longer have this. However I noticed jks had frag many of it for 25$.
