Drainline gurgling

so my drain line is gurgling as the title saids and it's creating bubbles foam so to say my drain is submerged about 2in below water level how can I eliminate this
 
Probably be better off shortening drain pipe and it free falling through at least a mesh filter sock so you don't get the bubbles. Got a pic of the whole sump area so we can get a better "lay of the land"?

Here is the layout before the water and equipment was added
 
If you can redo that drain plumbing so you can get a filter sock holder on the rim and it fall into it, might take care of the issue. Maybe others will have ideas too.
