Recently purchased an over flow during the Marine Depot closing sale. Finally was able to get around to the task of drilling and installing it on my 15 gallon nano that's been up and running for over two years. Couldn't get the drill behind the tank with the available room so went to Harbor freight and purchased the 90 degree angle drill attachment. Drilled two holes. One for the overflow and one for return. Took around ten minutes per hole. Worked great.
Next, clean up the HOB overflow and list it for sale.
 
Well done! Very glad all went well! Please update with some before and after pics. Personally I've always been to scared to drill a tank, never mind a running tank. Hats off to you Sir.
