Drilled holes. Keep or scrap?

Second time drilling a tank first one was terrible and not so sure about this one. Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

looks fine? Bulkhead should snug it up. Theres no branching cracks or anything.

I was worried about the small chips around the edges wasn't sure if that was a problem or if it needed to be a super clean cut. The chips are all on the outside of the tank as well. Thank you for your post!

It looks fine to me. If you are talking about the slight chipping around the hole that is common in my experience. On the few holes I drilled they have looked similar and the gasket on the bulkhead easily sealed
