Synergyreef.com also elite-aquatics.net have some really sweet overflows check them out. Long but very thin. Maximum skimming minimum tank space taken up. They have templates to drill out tank to fit there overflow if it's already drilled you will need to go another route

Bulk reef supply has all the plumbing parts you would need. If it's a bottom drilled with overflow box there is a complete kit for that readily available at most aquarium supply sites $69.99 usually. The place your getting the tank from most likely sells the kit

I already have a tank it's not drilled just try to decide if I want to drill and go the sump route. This will be My first tank. So undecided on what route my bugget it around 1500 and I want to run 2 radion xr15 so that kills 900 of it. So my choice is really good lights no sump or cheap light and sump

Glass holes has complete sets from the overflow box, bulk head, tubing, elbows, return nozzle, hole template, and the drill bits to cut the holes in the glass. I would check them out also.

I highly suggest a sump. Without proper filtration (in any sizeable tank that should include a sump) lights won't matter much at all
