Drilling help !

I just recently purchased a fijicube overflow box for my 40 breeder. It comes with a 1” drill bit and I was wondering if I could use that same drill bit to drill my return hole and get a 1” to 3/4” adapter or something of that sort. Let me know thank you !

Yes you should be able to. You'll simply have a 1" hole that you use a 1 to 3/4 coupler

Use a 1" bulkhead and a reducing bushing.

At some point you may see your drill bit getting dull, but not on your second cut. Let us know how it works! Take your time and good luck!

+1 using a coupler that reduces your 1" pipe to a 3/4" pipe.
