Dripping calcium reactor effluent into algae turf scrubber

I’m in the process of rebooting my system after a leak, and I’ll be going with an algae turf scrubber rather than a refugium this time. I have been dripping the effluent from my calcium reactor into my chaeto refugium to mitigate the ph dropping effect of the effluent, but I’m not sure how I’ll do that with the ATS. Any suggestions?
My thoughts are 1) affix the effluent line to the spray bar so that the effluent drips down the screen and into the algae, 2) drip the effluent into my return chamber (ATS will be fed from my manifold, which is fed by my return pump, or 3) drip into my skimmer chamber (first chamber) so that there is potential for the CO2 to be off-gassed there, then consumed by the ATS. My sump is a Trigger CR44, which is water in -> skimmer
-> refugium (with bio media) -> return.

How are you moving effluent through the CaRx? If you are using a quality peristaltic pump, you could inject the effluent into the ATS feed line. Otherwise, I would just trickle the effluent over the screen.

I’m using a Kamoer, but have plans To possibly convert to a Versa. I thought about this, but wondered if the water movement through the ATS feed line would pull more effluent in via the Venturi effect. Would that not happen using a peristaltic pump? Thanks for the input!
 
That's why i noted 'quality' pump. With adequate pinch rollers, there's really no way for a venturi effect to happen. I'd worry more about a ruptured peri hose.

I was just thinking of doing the same thing So I googled it and found your post. Did it work? Im mid build but I’m going to be running the calcium reactor in into to algae feed line the running the drain of the ats into the refugium to finish whatever co2 is missed.

was also thinking I could run my skimmer air through ats to the co2 scrubber through the carbon the through the ozone desiccant then through the ozone reactor Just a thought!
