Hi Randy, How do you divide a drop into two? TMC Iodine say one drop for 200 litres. I have a 100 litre tank! Any ideas?

Dilute it would be my answer.

Dilute it in x amount of r/o water and dose x/2 of that

General rule of thumb is 20 drops = 1 mL. Therefore 1/2 drop = 0.025 mL. Not sure you’re going to be able to find a syringe that can measure that though.

Put one drop in a cup with tank water, mix well, dispose of half

If it is just an iodine supplement, you can add it all, or as folks have suggested, add 1 drop to a cup of water, stir to mix, and add half that water to the tank.
