We avoid shipping in such extreme temps. But we always watch for temps through oklahom and kentucky where they spend most of the time in travel. If temps are above 40F during shipping 1 heat pack per small and mediun box is required if less than 40F then 2 and if its felow freezing its best to ship to a hub.
