Dr's Foster and Smith food order

So... I ran out of pe mysis 2 months ago and since that is what Mr copperband prefers (exclusively) he has been looking a bit thin. He eats the other mysis from petsmart that Is the San Francisco Bay stuff but I don't think it has the nutrition that the Piscine does.

Yesterday I ordered a 40oz flat of it. $25 shipping cause its overnight and frozen. It arrived today and man am I impressed at the packing.

And wow. This is a huge amount of food. It was slightly starting to thaw once I pulled it from the box so I quartered it and vacuum packed three. I then cubed up the 4th portion.

Such a large box.


They were all still frozen. Wow.. there are alot.


Bulk food. That box is 12"x18.

Nice! I've thought about doing a group buy on frozen foods from them, but its just as easy to buy what the Critter has in stock... for you, though, it probably costs more than $25 in gas to come get it! Plus they don't carry PE, I don't think, do they?

The critter is my closest source for PE mysis. I haven't been to Nashville since.... well I don't remember. But yea. It's $25 worth of gas for sure. Plus they sell it in 8 Oz packs. This is 40 oz. It's huge. About 3/4" thick in the middle.
