So I just received my dry rock order from BRS for aquascaping. Do I need to wash these in RO water first before placing them in the tank or are these ready to go as is?

Not sure what you mean, but I usually cycle them in a separate tub before introducing the rock into my DT. Unless this is a new tank and the rock will be cycled in the tank.

Soak them for a few days, change the water a few times, dunk them, etc. They can come in pretty dirty.

At the shop, I would just give them a quick shake in a 5G bucket of RO water, then into the tank they go.

BRS Eco rock is the cleanest rock you can get. It is dug up from an ancient reef and then powerwashed. so there is no die off at all. I just rinse mine to get rid of all of the rock powder which are silicates and feed diatoms.
