Would mixing fertilizer with water with a salinity of 19 ppt that has been sterilized with dry granular pool chlorine degrade fertilizer?

I'm looking to save some time culturing phytoplankton and I could mix a large batch and treat with sodium thiosulfate one liter at a time.

The fertilizer's ingredients are nitrates, phosphate, sodium, iron, maganese, cobalt, zinc, molybdate, sulfates, copper, thiamine, biotin, cyanocobalamin, ascorbic acid and EDTA.

Some of the ingredients react with chlorine. Depending on the amount of chlorine used, there may not be enough of it left over to sanitize the solution. Similarly, you will be destroying the organic molecules, potentially producing nasty chlorinated by products.

I just use Miracle Grow liquid plant food. I add 25 drops (1mL) per 2 L once per week.
