So, I was looking on line for some dry rock to put in my tank. At one site, all the natural rock is not available and all the synthetic rock is.

I know things have changed, but are we not able to get natural rock anymore?

Marco rock has dry rock. Very good stuff. Lots of holes. No dead stuff on it.

Thanks for the ads to get rock elsewhere, however, it doesn't answer the question.

Due to new laws and restrictions about what can come out of our oceans, can we no longer get live rock from the ocean?

Also, this man created rock, what is it made of?

Thanks. It seems like most Pacific items are a no go.

Not sure if your asking about dry rock as your title suggests or real live rock straight from the ocean? There are a few reputable companies harvesting planted rock around Florida...

I have used all sorts of rock over the years including fresh harvested Hawaiian rock when it was still legal to harvest.. The last two tanks I set up I used synthetic “real reef” brand rock and I absolutely love this stuff! I’m surprised more people don’t use it..
