ok guys, i know this has probably been brought up in here before but I would love to hear everyones thoughts and experiences. Im about to start glueing and finishing my aquascape and have all marco rock that was previously in an aquarium but vinegar bathed and dried for almost a year. Now reading alot online im reading tjay this is going to be an issue using dry rock, my question is do i need to be worried and add some live rock to the scape and if so how do i do this with needing to glue and attach it all still and or can i jusy put a piece of liverock in my sump or not worry about it at all? TIA

I would incorporate some real live rock preferably from the Ocean. Like Gulf Live rock or Tampa Bay saltwater offers.
It does add challenges when adding to display using cyanoacrylate glue and working quickly can keep it from dying off too bad. You can also use the 2 part epoxy stick to add the live rock in the display. You could add to the sump but I think after you receive and see the real rock you will want it in the display.
Its also a good idea to have a QT tank so that you can look for unwanted hitchhikers before adding to the display.
