Alright everyone I have a 4 gallon Nuvo Pico and it has a bunch of bristle worms and aptasia I want to dry the rock out and then put it back in the tank once its dry. How long will it take to dry it out and to be able to put it back in

i wouldnt dry it out cor that, id leave it in a bin of saltwater with no food or light. keep a power head in there and shake the whole thing up every couple days and siphon out the waste. then when its not shedding detritus and dead critters it will still be live rock that you can use imediatly.

add peppermint shrimp for the aiptasia

Its a little late lol. Ive already taken it out and put it in a bin with 3 parts water to 1 part peroxide. I was told by multiple people that this is a safe way to kill the aptasia and bristle worms and I can put it back in the tank the next day.
