DSA Neo Nano Settings - XR15 Gen 3

Hi,
I have a DSA Neo Nano with an XR15 Gen 3 and was curious what setting and height recommendations y’all have. It’s only around 12” deep. I’ve had it only running at 20% for a couple of months but wasn’t sure if that’s too much or if I could ramp it up higher. Currently on the AB+ settings.
Eventually I’ll borrow/rent a PAR meter but just curious what setting opinions there were.

Is this the tank you have? I miss mine. I ran a 250 watt Metal Halide. Ramp it up

it is the tank. I had an old school solana halide on it but had the return pump pop off and soak the ballast then got a good deal on the xr15 so went with it. It’s a cool tank but have had some issues to work around. Flow is challenging.
