Hello,

I am fairly new to the hobby and recently moved my 120g reef tank across the country. I added new live sand to increase the depth of the sand bed when I reset it up. My question is what can I get to clean the sand? The sand in the front of the tank is starting to look funky underneath. I have purchased some snails for sifting the sand but they don't seem to be doing much. Is there a cucumber or fish that will do a better job of stirring the sand?

If we are talking about a true DSB, you don't mess with those.
