Dsb in the fuge

Thinking of doing a DSB in my fuge only. If I were to use both dry and wet sand should I put one on top of the other or mix them up? Didn't know if it were to make a difference with the organisms that come with the wet

They are going to mix either way. So it doesn’t matter

I'd put wet on top because it may have aerobic needs that the dry won't have
